using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
- UserID: A unique identifier assigned to your device. It does not reveal your identity
unless you voluntarily share it (e.g., via email).
- Application: DD-DigitalDiary, operated by the Developer (a freelance entity).
- Country: India.
- Personal Data: Information that identifies you (e.g., email).
- Service: The DD-DigitalDiary app.
- You: The user of the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Data
Types of Data Collected
User Data
- Your photos, diary entries, and content stay on your device and are never uploaded to us.
- We do not collect your name, phone number, or precise location.
Usage Data
- Device information (type, OS version), approximate geolocation (country-level), and
timestamps of app use. This data is tied to your UserID (device identifier).
- Server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) temporarily collected for security and deleted when no longer
necessary.
Email Communication
If you email us, we retain your email address only to respond. Correspondence is deleted after resolution unless
required by law.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by third parties (e.g., Apple App Store/images/google Play Store). Review their policies:

Data Deletion Requests
To delete data tied to your device, email us via the app’s Contact Us feature. The email will
automatically include your UserID, which we use to locate your data. We cannot process
requests without a UserID. For details, see our Data Deletion Policy.
Your Privacy Rights
GDPR (EU Users)
- Access, correct, or delete your data (identified via UserID).
- Withdraw consent (email us).
CCPA/CPRA (California Users)
- Request details about collected data (identified via UserID).
- Opt out of data sharing (we do not share/sell data).
India’s DPDPA 2023
- Request correction of inaccurate data (identified via UserID).

Security
All data transfers between the app and servers use SSL/TLS encryption.
Additional Details
- No tracking, analytics, or ads.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Policy Updates
We’ll notify you of major changes via email or in-app alerts. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
